The Artist and the Onlookers
Artists can color the sky red even though they know it is blue. This is creativity, uniqueness of an artist’s perception. Those of us who are not artists must color things as reality or people might think we are stupid, don’t you think? But what is Ferrazzi’s photo trying to convey? Why the Almighty, the greatest artist, painted the sky blue with passionate reds? Gabriele’s took this somewhere in the desert between Sudan and Egypt. How will you interpret the photograph then? The great Sahara, the sky, the beautiful colors…Is it a display of the magnificence of the Creator, or to glorify the beauty of His creation? It really depends on the onlooker, isn’t it?
